Years of coffee, food, and familiar faces. Alfa began long before the doors officially opened. In the early ’90s, brothers Chris and George were learning the ropes in their parents’ bakery. Hands-on. Early mornings. Old school values. That foundation became the heart of Alfa. Today, Alfa is a staple of Melbourne’s west with locations in Seddon, Yarraville and Whitten Oval. Still family-run.
